APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
BY AGREEING TO USE THE BFNCLB ("BOFFIN CLUB") EXCHANGES PORTAL AND/OR INITIATING A REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF A PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS IN THIS POLICY. WE MAY UPDATE THESE TERMS FROM TIME TO TIME, SO PLEASE CHECK THE POLICY BEFORE USING THE PORTAL.

WE OFFER EXCHANGES AND RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

PICKUP WILL BE ATTEMPTED TWICE. IF BOTH ATTEMPTS FAIL, YOU WILL NEED TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

ONCE YOUR RETURN PRODUCT REACHES US, IT WILL GO THROUGH A QUALITY CHECK. AFTER APPROVAL, YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED.

IF THE SIZE/PRODUCT YOU NEED IS NOT AVAILABLE, WE WILL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT THAT CAN BE USED ONLINE WITHIN 6 MONTHS.

RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS AND PACKAGING.

STORE CREDIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN ONLY BE USED ON BFNCLB.COM.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED.

ALL PREPAID ORDERS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER CANCELLATIONS OR CASH REFUNDS.

WE OFFER A 30-DAY REVIEW PERIOD FOR GARMENT ISSUES LIKE COLOUR BLEEDING, PRINT CRACKS OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS. IF REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS, WE WILL ARRANGE A PICKUP AND RESOLVE IT. ISSUES REPORTED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE.
EXCHANGE/RETURN OF PRODUCTS
YOU MAY INITIATE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN IF:
(A) THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT;
(B) THE PRODUCT OR SHIPPING PACKAGE HAS BEEN DAMAGED;
(C) THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE;
(D) ANY ITEM OR ACCESSORY FROM THE ORDER IS MISSING.
YOU CAN EXCHANGE/RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:

THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN WORN, USED, WASHED OR TAMPERED WITH.

ALL TAGS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL AND ACCESSORIES ARE INTACT AND NOT DAMAGED.

THE PRODUCT IS NOT ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

THE RETURN IS INITIATED WITHIN THE ALLOWED TIME AND MATCHES THE ORDER DETAILS IN OUR RECORDS.

THERE ARE NO STAINS, PERFUME SMELLS, TEARS OR DAMAGE ON THE PRODUCT.

PRODUCTS BOUGHT AS A SET MUST BE RETURNED AS A SET.

THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN RESELLABLE CONDITION.

WE MUST BE SATISFIED THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DAMAGED DUE TO MISUSE.
RETURN PICKUPS ARE HANDLED THROUGH OUR LOGISTICS PARTNERS. AFTER THE REQUEST IS APPROVED AND THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AT OUR WAREHOUSE, WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE OR ISSUE STORE CREDIT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
